The Challenge
The boutique hotel managed its reservations, room occupancy, and financial transactions through fragmented, often manual processes. The lack of a centralized overview made daily administration inefficient and prone to errors.
Existing systems were not interconnected, leading to communication breakdowns between the front desk, management, and housekeeping, as well as delays in accounting. A scalable, digital infrastructure to automate and structure these core processes was urgently needed.
The Approach
The development of a bespoke Property Management System (PMS) aimed at fully centralizing the hotel's operations. The focus was on a high-performance, data-driven architecture that bundles complex booking logic and financial data clearly.
The user interface was designed according to modern UX standards for internal dashboards, enabling the staff to operate intuitively and seamlessly. A modular database system ensures that the application can scale with the hotel's future requirements.
