La Rosadita Hotel PMS
Custom Property Management System (PMS) for a boutique hotel to centralize the management of bookings, rooms, and finances.
The Challenge
The boutique hotel managed bookings, room occupancy, and payments through several disconnected, partly manual processes. There was no central overview – day-to-day administration cost time and invited errors.
Because the systems weren't connected, information got lost between the front desk, management, and housekeeping, and accounting lagged behind. The hotel needed one central, digital foundation for these core processes.
The Approach
I built a property management system that brings bookings, rooms, and finances together in one place. Booking logic and financial data live in a single database instead of being maintained across separate lists.
I designed the interface around the team's daily routine: clear dashboards and short paths, so staff can work with it without lengthy training. The data model is modular, so the system can grow with the hotel.

- Automated data reconciliation catches errors that used to happen manually.
